Q: "I need some help for a temporary fix until next year. What color would you paint the cabinets and walls. My master bedroom is a BM beige."
A: We get asked a lot about paint colors and in particular colors for bathrooms. I would be happy to be able to provide some suggestions to your ensuite! It looks like you receive great natural light in this space. You mentioned that your bedroom has a Benjamin Moore grey/beige color. I will suggest colors from Benjamin Moore since you used it in your bedroom.
I have included Benjamin Moore’s Revere pewter as a reference below. It is one of my favorite warm grey colors. I think it would work well with the existing floor tile and tub and tub surround color as well as stone countertop color.
I have also included Rodeo below which has a slightly different tons (Rodeo is a bit cooler when comparing to Revere pewter)
I would leave the ceiling and window casing “white”. A great white for door and window trim is Benjamin Moore decorator’s white.
Since this is a “temporary fix” until next year, I will make recommendations that are not costly. For the cabinets, they appear to be a wood in oak or maple with a stain finish. I would suggest a paint finish for these cabinets as I assume you will be replacing the entire vanity including cabinet box, cabinet and drawers outright next year. I would suggest Chelsea gray or iron mountain for the cabinet color.

Changing the light fixtures would add a lot to the overall aesthetic as well. I would suggest a nice pendant or ceiling light at the tub and a wall light above the vanity where your existing fixtures are. Additionally you could add electrical wiring and include a couple wall sconces at the vanity wall. New hardware pulls would also be nice...new hardware can make a bathroom look updated.
